These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Privets, and all related services provided by Ematic Techno Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app, you confirm that you have read and understood our terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the product or app.
App Usage
The app may require an active internet connection. You must not reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app; use the app to breach network security or other systems; or introduce malware or harmful scripts. We may update or modify the app at any time for performance, security, or feature enhancements.
User Account
You must notify us of any unauthorized access immediately. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of your account.
Data Collection and Privacy
The app may collect device logs and diagnostics, app usage data, and account information. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Cloud and Connectivity
Continuous device functionality requires stable internet or network connectivity.
We are not responsible for issues caused by Internet outages, cloud service downtime, third-party network failures, and incorrect configuration.
Subscription and Access Suspension
The App operates on an annual subscription model. Users must maintain an active subscription to continue accessing IoT monitoring, automation features, and cloud services.
If the annual subscription payment is not completed by the due date:
- Account access may be suspended automatically, including access to App features, device dashboards, notifications, and cloud storage.
- Services will be restored only after successful renewal of the subscription.
- The Company is not responsible for any consequences arising due to the user’s failure to renew the subscription on time.
Limitations of Liability
Ematic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage. We do not guarantee zero downtime or uninterrupted service.
Security
The device and app follow industry-standard security measures. You are responsible for strong passwords and securing your home/office network.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activities, or request account deletion.
Upon termination, your access to application features will stop.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app, email, or website.
